TERMS & CONDITIONS
NOMINATION AND AWARD FORMAT
The nomination and award process will be divided into two stages.
PRELIMINARY STAGE
A minimum of 20 candidates will be nominated for each category according to the specified criteria.
The preliminary stage will proceed through voting where open voting will be conducted on three official KNKV Group platforms: KNKV Group Facebook, KNKV Group Instagram, and KNKV Group Tiktok.
Voters can vote on the picture/post of their chosen candidates on all official KNKV Group platforms through any emoji button on Facebook, the like button on Instagram, and the like and favorite buttons on Tiktok.
The voting period will proceed according to the period set by the organizer.
The use of any bots/systems/applications for buying likes, emojis, followers, subscribers, comments, shares, views, or similar is strictly prohibited throughout the competition period and if carried out will result in disqualification.
After the voting period ends, the top 5 candidates for each category with the highest total votes from all platforms will qualify for the Final Stage.
FINAL STAGE
In the final stage, the 5 Finalists for each category will be judged by an experienced panel of jurors according to the set criteria.
The total votes from the preliminary stage do not apply and will not influence the scoring at the final stage.
One Finalist from each category who receives the highest marks from the jury panel will be declared the winner.

The categories included under the Content segment are:
Best National Original Viral Video
Best National Original Islamic/Motivational Content
Best National Original Educational/Informative Content
Best National Original Business Content
Best National Original Comedy Content
Best National Original Food Content
PRELIMINARY STAGE NOMINATION CRITERIA
The content nominated must be uploaded on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube platforms only.
The content nominated must be uploaded during the period from 1 January 2023 to 10 December 2023.
The content nominated must have obtained a minimum of 500,000 total views at the time of nomination.
The content nominated must have obtained a minimum of 5,000 likes at the time of nomination.
The content nominated must have obtained a minimum of 300 comments at the time of nomination.
The content nominated must be original.
The content nominated must be owned by the platform owner; or produced by the platform owner; or produced for the platform owner.
The content nominated must be free from any political and racial elements.
The content nominated must comply with all social norms and laws of Malaysia, including avoiding content containing negative elements such as sexual exploitation, hatred, discrimination, gender exploitation, LGBT, or violence.
The content nominated must be owned or produced by Malaysian citizens or companies registered in Malaysia.
FINAL STAGE EVALUATION
All criteria from the preliminary stage will be taken into account.
Content Quality: The content produced must be of high quality, creative, and original. This includes the originality of the idea, production quality, and the ability to attract and engage the audience.
Positive Influence and Social Impact: Candidates must demonstrate a positive influence through their content, whether through education, entertainment, inspiration, or conveying a beneficial social message.
Innovation and Creativity: Candidates must demonstrate innovation and creativity in their approach to content creation, including the use of new technologies, unique formats, or unprecedented approaches.
INFLUENCER NOMINATION
The categories included under the Influencer segment are:
Best National Educational/Informative Influencer
Best National Motivational/Business Influencer
Best National Health/Beauty/Sports Influencer
Best National E-Sports Influencer
Best National Comedy Influencer
Best National Food Influencer
Best National Entertainment Influencer
Best National Influencer
Best National Content Creator
PRELIMINARY STAGE NOMINATION CRITERIA
The influencer nominated can be an individual, a group, a brand, or a company.
The influencer nominated must have a minimum of 500,000 followers/subscribers on any one of their official platforms either on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, or Youtube at the time of nomination.
The influencer nominated must be actively uploading content with at least 1 content per month on any one of their official platforms either on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, or Youtube during the period from 1 January 2023 to 10 December 2023.
The influencer nominated according to genre and niche must produce at least 80% of the total content according to the nominated genre and niche throughout the period from 1 January 2023 to 10 December 2023.
The influencer nominated must be free from any political and racial elements.
The influencer nominated must comply with all social norms and laws of Malaysia, including avoiding content that contains negative elements such as sexual exploitation, hatred, discrimination, gender exploitation, LGBT, or violence.
At least 80% of the total content during the period from 1 January 2023 to 10 December 2023 must be original and self-produced by the influencer.
The influencer nominated must be a Malaysian citizen or a brand owned by a Malaysian citizen, or a company registered in Malaysia or a brand owned by a company registered in Malaysia.
FINAL STAGE EVALUATION
All criteria from the preliminary stage will be taken into account.
